Now it's time to relax and treat yourself to some quiet space, generous comfort, good food - let someone else take care of the details. You will want to be in the best possible place to enjoy your holiday.

Relax in our Large comfortable cottage overlooking the wide open country side, delightful gardens and bush areas or enjoy an evening drink in your own personal courtyard.

The Verandah located in our homestead offers our guests The perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or a cool drink on a summer evening, or alternately there are tables and chairs and recliners located on the lawn overlooking the bush and gully.

We know how to help you unwind from your busy, everyday lives, looking after all those important little things that define comfort and hospitality. Our location is superb - We are centrally located and minutes from Hamilton city and within close driving distance to all nearby towns, Hamilton airport, Mystery Creek events centre, Hamilton gardens and Waikato university.

We can also cater and provide accommodation for large groups of up to 15 people for those big events such as the field days and V8s or corporate retreats.

We are more than happy to cater for large corporate groups and can also offer a modern private conference and community venue for private functions, meetings and shared meals.

Optional Accommodation Requirements

One Bedroom Cottage

Our large warm comfortable one bedroom cottage is privately located for your convenience and offers a fully equipped kitchen, linen and bedding.

A bbq, outdoor table and chairs is also available for your enjoyment in your own private sunny courtyard. Our cottage can cater for up to 6 people quite comfortably and is great for families, with lots for children to do, a large playground area is also available.

Cooked breakfasts and evening meals are available on request.

We also offer the option of bed and breakfast accommodation in our homestead and have available two large double rooms with their own private lounge.

Enjoy our complimentary hot and cold drinks and home baking, fresh fruit and nibbles to snack on. Browse our eclectic library or socialise round the log fire on a winter afternoon - perhaps with your choice of music in the background or choose a dvd from our large selection for your entertainment.

Our private studio is located adjacent to our homestead this can cater for up to six people and a delicious cooked or continental breakfast is available either brought to your studio or in our homestead, which ever you would prefer.

For the comfort of all our guests, the cottage, homestead and studio are smoke-free inside.

A cooked or continental breakfast is available each morning for our guests. Breakfast at Pin Oaks is a highlight - a feast to nourish the body and spirit - healthy and interesting, with just a touch of indulgence.

Our cooked breakfast includes fresh eggs from our friendly chooks, cooked just the way you like them, generous helpings of bacon, and other specialties, You can chose which you would prefer, with the cooked breakfast we also provide continental provisions. A buffet presentation reflects the bounty of the season and features home baked breads, muffins or croisants and fresh fruits from our orchard, home made preserves and a special muesli, great coffee or one of our range of speciality teas, brewed just for you. If you have any dietary restrictions or requirements, please do let us know in advance so that we can be sure to accommodate your need.
